Organized by the Office du Chablis in partnership with the Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne (BIVB), this wine festival is a major event of the year, showcasing the discovery and tasting of Chablis appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru.
